Set up:  Our drivers set up all inflatables as safety is our number one priority, so we do not allow customers to set up any of our inflatables.  It is the customer's responsibility to measure in advance and ensure there is adequate space within 100ft of an electrical outlet that consists of a FLAT AREA that is large enough to accommodate the dimensions of the unit being rented while also allowing at least 5ft of clearance around all sides of the unit.  The area must be clear from debris such as sticks, rocks, animal waste, and any sharp objects.  Please take into consideration the height of the unit as it cannot be set up under low hanging wires or trees/branches.  The area where the item is going MUST be on a FLAT surface (OUR DRIVERS WILL NOT GO UP OR DOWN HILLS OR SLOPES TO GET TO A FLAT SURFACE AS IT CAN BE DANGEROUS)! Items cannot be set up on hills or slopes MUST BE COMPLETELY FLAT.

 

If the driver is unable to set up for reasons above or unsafe conditions exits, the customer will be charged a $50 fee.

 

It's important that we know in advance if you plan to set up on grass or concrete.  Inflatabes can ONLY be operated safely if they are secured and anchored properly.  We bring stakes or sandbags depending on where the unit will be set up.  If you make changes, please let us know (especially from grass to concrete) to ensure our drivers will have the proper equipment. Last minute changes could result in MAJOR set up delays.

 

ATTENTION:  DRIVERS CAN NOT GO UP OR DOWN STAIRS, SLOPES, AND/OR HILLS ETC. SET UP MUST BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE FROM THE DELIVERY TRUCK.

 

Pick up:  Backyard parties are generally picked up withing 2 hours of your event end time.  Pick up can be as EARLY as your event end time.  Schools, Churches, Corporate, and Park delivery site locations are generaly picked up within 30 minutes of the event end time.

 

Same driver will return for unit; if not, call office immediately!

 

The customer is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until it is pick up, never leave equipment unattended at any time.
